In the middle of Frankfurt's Central Banking District, a modern office building has been constructed to stand out with its clear shapes, linear design and exclusive features.
The 12-storey office building is located in the heart of the banking district on the plot of Feuerbachstraße / Bockenheimer Landstraße 55, and covers 8,500 m² total gross floor area. In addition to its unique character, the building is distinguished by its outstanding sustainability characteristics, which have resulted in receipt of LEED Gold certification.
Julius Berger International was commissioned to carry out the formwork and reinforcement planning according to HOAI service stage 5 in close consultation with the responsible architect and the assigned test engineer.
