We take a very targeted approach to work.
Since I started as an architect, I have not only experienced a team-orientated working environment, but also that the individual strengths and ideas of each person are valued.
At JBI, internationality is not just a concept, but a lived reality. The diversity of the teams and projects is reflected in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
One of the outstanding features of JBI is the flexibility that allows employees to organise their work in a way that is both effective and balanced. It has allowed me to successfully balance my work commitments with my family responsibilities.
Overall, I have not only found a job here, but a platform for personal growth, professional challenges and the realisation of new perspectives.
