As the Lead Designer Plus, Julius Berger International not only offers all standard engineering services, but also assumes responsibility for implementing both the planning and realisation of your project. In terms of construction management, we will support you in all planning areas across HOAI service stages 6, 7 and 8.

We draw up service descriptions and specifications for the award of contracts, can offer detailed materials order lists for all trades and support you throughout your construction journey, from the award of contract through to quality inspection and approval.

On the construction site we are able to monitor compliance of the measures with the final planning documents, permits and regulations, as well as with the contractually stipulated services of the executing companies.
