Palm Hills Developments, a renowned Egyptian real estate company, is undertaking an impressive new district in the west of Cairo named "Badya – The Creative City." This ambitious project spans approximately 1,300 hectares and aims to create space for around 150,000 future residents.

Julius Berger International has been initially entrusted by Palm Hills Developments with the project management for Phase 1A, covering 140 hectares. This phase includes not only infrastructure development but also the construction of multi-story residential buildings, as well as various types of houses and villas with a total area of nearly 750,000 square meters GFA.
