Julius Berger International uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) for integral design, construction and operation of buildings and structures.

With BIM, information is centrally processed in a virtual model so that all necessary data for optimal cooperation on the project is directly and continuously available to all parties involved. The 3D model prepared during planning is linked with the construction schedule (time) as a fourth dimension and cost related information as a fifth dimension.

We have developed our know-how gradually over the past years. Today, by using BIM/5D, we are not only able to exactly plan and efficiently steer projects in

Germany and abroad, but also offer clients a number of BIM consulting services as well.

Julius Berger International continuously develops both our QM certified processes and the competencies of our employees. Together with and on behalf of our customers, we aim to manage the envisaged value chain up to a sustainable building in a transparent manner with cost and time security.

In November 2018, a project of Julius Berger International was honoured with an esteemed BIM award bestowed by BIM-Cluster-Hessen e.V.
